Le Cordon Bleu and Anahuac University agreed to establish an international quality culinary arts and hospitality training school located in the Anahuac North Campus in Mexico City named “Le Cordon Bleu Anahuac”.
This remarkable new partnership between Le Cordon Bleu and Anahuac University was developed in response to the rapidly increasing demand in Mexico for the finest quality culinary arts and hospitality education and training. With its internationally recognized culinary education and the most modern facilities in Mexico including 6 world class practical kitchens, a beverage laboratory, a hotel room, and many other facilities, the school offers a comprehensive range of training courses and is positioned to become Latin America's premier culinary arts and hospitality education and training centre.
Programs & Courses
The Le Cordon Bleu Mexico Culinary School curriculum is made up of Cuisine and Pâtisserie Programs. Le Cordon Bleu Mexico also offer four bachelor degree programs in Tourism Management, Gastronomy, International Hotel Management, and Restaurant Management.
The certificates in Cuisine and Pâtisserie are the foundation of Le Cordon Bleu's Classic Cycle program. Students progress through the different levels culminating in the Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie. Le Cordon Bleu diplomas in cuisine and Pâtisserie are recognized worldwide by industry professionals.
Together, they make up Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu. Each Certificate consists of a three month program, Diplomas are a ninth month program and The Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu can be completed in as little as nine months. Bachelor degrees are given through a partnership with Anahuac University in Mexico City and are four year programs.
Le Cordon Bleu Mexico Culinary School also offers courses in Wine Studies, Bakery, Mexican and World cuisines. The school also offers various Cuisine & Pâtisserie workshops.
